2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to provide and improve the EliteCoach platform, including processing bookings, facilitating payments, and matching coaches with clients. We may send transactional notifications such as booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts. We also use your information to provide customer support and to respond to enquiries. Aggregated, anonymised data may be used for analytics and product development purposes.
3. Data Sharing
We share your data only where necessary to provide our services. Payment data is transmitted to Stripe for secure processing in accordance with their privacy policy. If you connect your Google account, we may share relevant booking data with Google Calendar to sync your sessions.
